(Yu Yuen) Shanghai Restaurant

It's been a while since I've been back to the Shanghai Restaurant.
This time we got Shanghai Stir Fry Noodles (they use thicker noodles than the other styles), as oily as it is delicious... can't get enough of it.
(Sorry photos upside down from here)  This is Four Season beans, which is really green beans with onions and garlic, it's pretty strong spice for taste, can only have a few at a time.
Xiao Long Bao - which is not a true bao (bread) of any kind.  Also known as Shanghai Soup Dumpling, when you bite into it, there's a bit of consumate in there.  Definitely yummy... don't forget your ginger vinegar!
My favorite, Steam Fry Pork buns.  I know you're wondering, how can it be steam and fried?  Well, the entire thing is cooked via steam, when it's almost done, they put it on a pan and fried.  So the bottom is nice and crunchy.  They have a nice pork meatball in the middle as filling and it does have some soup to go along with it.  It's like a more solid version of the XLB.  Very delicious... I always use that as my yard stick to measure the Shanghai restaurants in town.

Since the name is kinda of ambiguous, I want to make sure you know where this is.  It is in the Sunshine Grocery store (formerly known as Golden) and it's to the right of it, if you were facing the grocery store.  It's in the mini parking lot, 2nd store.  I love that you know they made everything in house.  By looks of their breakfast menu, it looks pretty awesome too, need to come back for that.
