Mian Chinese

Kept walking pass Mian when I go to the Snowy Village.  Finally got a chance to stop in.
On their placemat they explain their famous mung bean soup.
Turns out it was super hot, guess this is a fresh batch.  But even though they said they have light sugar, it doesn't seem to have much taste to it.
Chili Oil dumpling, super spicy, no soup that comes with it.  Pork filling that is quite generous.  Too bad it's super spicy for me.
Here's the House Beef Noodle that can be made not spicy.  Which is very flavorful, the broth is well mixed.  Obviously with beef chunks, bok chop, Sun Noodles (aka egg noodles), and scallion.
Here's the Intestine Noodle dish.  It has pork intestines, bok chop, and noodles.  The soup is somewhat spicy even though we've asked the server to go easy on the spiciness of the dish, but came out to be quite spicy.  I barely had couple of bites and had to throw in the towel.

When we went, it was at the open.  They barely got stuff ready for us.  Food did come out very quickly, the mung bean soup was made fresh so took a bit.
