So Slowpokes opened a new location in West U.
I went during soft open and it wasn't busy just yet.
Got my breakfast for the day. Got a Purple Rain, which is their ube latte. Definitely get more earthly or grainy than normal latte. Almost like you used oat milk here.
Got a giant cheese and blueberry danish, which they got from Kraftsman
Also got the La Mariposa, which a lavender lemonade, which is nice and light. Very easy going, not too sweet.
There are plenty of seating and they have various wine specials and cheese board specials on weekend.
In the morning, they''re opened early enough to stop by on the way to work. However, now that more folks are aware of them, more people are coming back. I'm glad they're getting popular. Definitely will come back in the evening and give them a try.
