Laduree Macs

When I was in NY, eating at Laduree, have to buy a box of macs to take home.

I took the opportunity to try out flavors that we don't usually have.

Top row: Pistachio, Raspberry, Mint, Strawberry Candy Marshmallow.
Second row: Cassis, Rose,  Cherry, Marie Antoniette. 

Of course, since it travelled, it's not as fresh as you get it at the store.  On the other hand, it's still better than a lot of places I can immediately find.  So, that's said a lot on their quality.  

The location we visited in NYC Soho, they actually offer classes to make macarons on Wed, Thurs, and Friday.  Cost is $220, and they max at 8 people and it's during 2-5pm.  You need to email them to make a reservation for your class.
