Teppay Japanese Restaurant

Finally was able to grab lunch at Teppay.
So glad I was about to go, just because its easy to get seated and they're not busy.
With your lunch, it comes with a bowl of miso soup and a small salad... it's just the perfect size for lunch.
I got the Kaisen Don, which is also just perfect for lunch.  It reminds me alot of Chirashi.  Apparently the difference besides the size is that instead of sushi rice (which has vinegar), they use regular rice.   There are other subtle differences, like it's acceptable to drizzle soy sauce into the Kaisendon even in Japan, versus Chirashi you're supposed to use a separate dish for your soy sauce.  Learn something new.
