It's been a while since I've eaten at Ruggles Black.
They are very proud to boast about their Keto and Paleo Diet. That make their menu huge. They have pasta, burger, enchiladas, taco, seafood, ramen. Whole gammet.
Got the Paleo Lobster Enchilada. They used almond flour tortilla, lobster tail, goat cheese, and pico.
The vegetable mix that comes with it has grilled sweet potato, broccolini, mashed potato. It was very filling, so much so that I don't even find room for dessert.
As usual, make a reservations ahead of time because the happy hour sometimes goes into dinner. They do get crowded quick. So reservations is a great idea.
