Went back to Tamashi for a quite ramen fix.
This time was a bit better in terms of crowd. More families this time, and seating wasn't much a problem.
Got an order of Gyoza to start. Nice and crispy.
Had to split a Tonkotsu, between the Gyoza and the noodles, it was just alot. That said, I still like their broth and the meat is still nicely done. I still love this cute neighborhood joint. Give them a try.
