Went back to Skeeters for breakfast after some errands.
The parking lot is busy as it inch closer to lunch time.
Tha's a good looking breakfast.
Side of bacon, cuz duh!
I got the Breakfast Enchiladas, which has flour tortilla filled with eggs (solid) for the entire enchilada, side of beans, avocado, cheese, tomatillo sauce and tortilla chips on top.
So the trick for coming here is that early is key. As the day goes on, shoppers from the businesses nearby gets livelier and they flow over, plus that's when the sports teams kids started to come in for lunch, and it gets busy fast.
