Went to William Price Distillery in the Heights.
Didn't realized they are on the backside of d'Alba on the same block.
I got a mocktail - Not A Ranch Water - it has grapefruit juic, lime, and Topo Chico, mixed.
Here's their list of cocktail and anything w/ stars can be done as a mocktail.
