When in Heights, one of my MUST STOP is Fluff Bake.
It's in the Heights and it's between some townhouses.
If you're coming from Shepherd, you'll see this painted on the side of the building and you know you're there.
They have loads of goodies, you cannot go wrong here.
As the sign said, Sugar = Yum! Let's see what I got:
I got the S'more bar - It has Graham Crackers as based, chocolate goodness in the middle and a thick layer of marshmallow and toasted on top. Truly ooey goodness.
Almond & cherry financier. I just love almond cakes that are not dry and theirs is one of the best.
Of course, I have to get a Couch Potato cookie, it has corn flakes, marshmallow, potato chips, chocolate chips, and pretzel. I usually heat it up for 10 seconds in the microwave and it is nice and warm and still crispy.
They have a very small parking, so if you do need to park on the street, just be courteous to the neighbors. They have awesome kolaches that roll out every Saturday, so know that this is a popular thing. They also have happy hour, follow their IG and catch their updates.
