Driving around and found Le Cafe Josephine.
They have parking on the street and parking lot on the side of the building.
It's also very spacious inside, decent amount of space for parties big or small.

Got a Peppermint Mocha - Nice texture, not too much on the flavor, bring out good coffee.
Got the Omelet - it has cheese, mushroom, and sausage. It comes with a side salad with vinaigrette and potato wedges. That's actually alot of food for breakfast. The omelet is nice, sturdy, stuffed alot of fillings in there, so definitely filling for brunch.
Service is quick, even when they're busy. You walk up to the counter, place your order, grab some water and utensils and have a seat. It's a great neighborhood joint, and people do walk up on the weekends. Definitely a nice hole in the wall.
