Fung's Kitchen

Went back to Fung's Kitchen after the reopen.
Look at that fancy menu.

Fancy chopsticks cover.

Salted Pork Rib, it's nicely fried and flavor salted nicely.

Ordered half of Peking duck, it came with steamed buns, scallion, and of course oysters sauce, which makes it yummy.  The duck meat was nice and moist and of course, the best part is the skin.

Here's the Beef Stir Fry Rice Noodle.  Most popular dish with the kids. And I whole-heartedly agree.

Sweet & Sour Chicken - great flavor.

And some veggies just to make sure we got some greens.  These are snow pea leaves, one of the favorite way of preparing it is with stir fry with garlic.  It's one of the most flavorful.

Basically, since they re-opened, people are lining up to go there.  When we called, they won't take reservations for dinner, basically they said first come, first serve.  So we got there around 5:30p and grabbed a table.  We also checked ahead of time that they would do dim sum, but when we were ordering, the server said that they're too busy and won't take our dim sum order.

One thing they were not lying about, is that they were hurrying us up to put in an order before the big group.  They were not lying because when we wanted to add, it took a super long time.   But I know, people were going there for their crab special, so they can take a pic with the giant crab.  The crab meal set is $555 serves 8-10 people.  So the trick is that you go early and order early.
