Went to farmers market and to my surprise, ran into a little stall that does Chinese food.
Milo was just saying that during holidays, his dad would make these home cooked dishes.
So, let's take a look: I'm sure it's not the pork in hot pocket, but the congee with duck egg and pork. Steamed pork ribs, and eggplant rice bowl.
I ended up getting the braised pork belly in bread pocket. To my surprise, the flavor is match of a restaurant quality. That was very impressive, the flavor, the texture (minus the naan pocket), was spot on. Milo really does deliver. Hope he has more dishes I can go back and try.
