Vanderpump a Paris

How can you come to Vegas and not go to Paris?
Ahh, en Paris!

We decided to go have birthday drink at Vanderpump.

Their menu comes as a Vanderpump gazette.

Tres' chic!

The record is very steam punk drapes in flowers.

I ordered a mysterious drink.

This is Louve at First Sight

It has Mezcal, Prickly Pear, Lemon, Jalapeño Honey, Orange Bitters, Aquafaba, and of course smoke you saw form that presentation.

When you take a sip, the smoke does hit you first, which kinda mess up my perception of the flavor.  But I will say, it's more bitter than I'd care for.

This is the Vanderpump 75, which has Vanderpump vodka, champagne, lemon juice, and sugar.  That tasted more like Strawberry Champagne but sweet.  I ended up liking this one more.

For munchie, we ordered the Grande Selections - which is essentially picked 3.

We picked Creme Beignets with caramelized cream and gold foil on top.  One of the table's favorite.

This is the Rose & Rose' Eclair.  It's a bit heavy on the rose flavor, I wouldn't have minded if it's a tad less sweet on top with the cream anglaise.

This is Chocolate Mousse bites with raspberry compote.  This was a tad disappointing because the cakes are frozen.  It tasted like a frozen brownie.  Needless to say, couldn't take much of a bite because it was frozen.

Again, if you want to come here or the other Vanderpump at Caesar's, be sure to make a reservations.  I will say that none of us finished our drinks and beignet was the only thing we finished.  I guess we didn't realized that all of the drinks are based on Vanderpump's alcohol, which not all are created equal.  But it's an experience nonetheless.
