Waygu House

From the same people of Mikiya Waygu Shabu House, they have a Waygu House. 

And it's in the Galleria. 

It is tucked in a corner between Cheesecake Factory & Del Frisco facing Westheimer. 

Here's a display of ALL the meat. 

They have a soda machine, and soft serve machine. 

They also have fruit slushy & milk tea. 

This is a fun machine, it serves rice.  It has small, medium, large size, you just push the button and it'll dispense. 

The rice obviously can go with the Beef Curry and Miso Beef Stew, of course the meat is of Waygu quality. 

You get fruit, veggie, and sauce too.  

Mix and match till your heart content.  They have some suggestions for you too. 

Veggies to balance you out. 

Besides that, there's Wagyu Burger, Cheese Tart, Egg Tart.  The lower tray has cheese corn and cheese sweet potato. 

For dessert, they have sweet rolls, and slices of cheesecake too. 

Finally get to sit down.

You can place your order at the screen at your table. 

And yes, you get to cook at your table.  Luckily, the server does majority of the job, which makes it nice and enjoyable.  No need to worry that you over-cooked something.

The big pan is cheese corn, and the smaller one is sweet potato with cheese.

Then comes trays upon trays of meat.  There's brisket, short rib, lean meat, chuck eye...

So how they work is that you tell your server which tier you want, and the higher the tier the more perks you get.  But once you order whatever, you can add more of whatever within your tier.  To be honest, by the time we try one of everything, we were pretty filled up.  And not to mention, they have sushi, hot pot, dumplings and salad - they are alloy can eat.  So yeah it is totally worth the money.

If you want to go on Yelp to make a reservation.  For weekend, that is highly recommended.  In terms of parking, I would suggest you park underneath Cheesecake Factory (entry from Westheimer in the Blue Garage).  Or you can go underground parking via McCue from Westheimer.  There is no entry from inside the mall.  So wherever you park, you still need to walk out to get to the restaurant.
