Triola's Kitchen

Saw this on instagram, thought we'd give it a shot.
The location of this place is a bit awkward, there's very little parking on site, you can park on the street, just be respectful to the neighbors.

Lots of people on Yelp recommended the calamari.  It's not bad, it comes with fried jalapeƱo.  The marinara sauce is not bad.

Got the stuffed artichoke, it's pretty tasty.

Veal parmesan with a side of pasta.  I would've love more parm on my veal, but the sauce made up for it.

Heard about the Lasagna with the Bolognese, their version has Osso Busco with beef tenderloin, Italian sausage, brisket all layered in between.  It was pretty amazing.

For dessert, we did a sampler since we can't make up our minds.  We got Tiramisu, Carrot cake, and Puddin' 4 Layers cake.  The tiramisu has a lot of liquor in it.  The carrot cake was softer than I'd thought, and the pudding is pretty good too.

Because the place is small, a reservation is needed for sure.  You will see the chef to check in on you frequently.  The place is BYOB, didn't see that on their site. Our server was ever so kind to tell us that we can go across the street to buy some, but he actually forget to get our regular drinks order.  At any rate, food is not bad, area is not easy to park, but checked it off our list.
