Roast & Brew

Trying another coffee place.
This week is: Roast & Brew.

Was pretty surprised that they have so much food offerings.  You got lots of patties, coffee (of course).

Cakes, and hot food too.

I got the Bounty Mocha, and took me a little to recognize, they are trying to do the Mound Bars (queue the Sometimes You Feel Like A Nut song), where it has coconut milk with mocha.  It's pretty creative, not bad, good tasting for a milk alternative.

I got the Traditional Breakfast plate, which only comes with eggs, sourdough and hash brown.  I added gyro meat to mine, which I haven't had in some time.  So it's a decent size breakfast.   Looking at their menu, they also have pasta, burger, salad and entree for lunch or dinner with Mediterranean spin.

10am in the Heights is Coffee Witching Hour, almost wherever you go in the area, it would be packed.  So landing a parking spot is already a miracle.  Having a table to sit down for a while was also amazing because right as I sat down the line started to form, and it's simply too hot to sit outside.

Parking: it can be a challenge, the lot is small but there's 3 spots at the end you can't see until you're almost at the end, but worthy for a check.  There are lots of people parking on the street, so you can try your luck there.  There's also a small little lot nearby that charges $3 for parking.  If you're desperate, you can certainly try that.
