Went back to Lady M for a slice of cake.
Always loved their displayed of cakes - I do want all of them, which obviously I cannot.
I got a slice of the Jasmine cake, it has Jasmine tea infused white cream and there's Jasmine cream between layers too. So it is filled with flavors through and through. The key here is that it's very light in texture, nothing heavy about this dessert. You can't do this all the time, but when you do, it is very lovely.
