Willie G's

Went to a work dinner at Willie G's
At the new location is totally up-classed.

We started with Sea Bass Bites - it has ponzu syrup, mango puree, aioli, pistachio, and caviar.

Bacon Wrapped shrimp, it has cheese, chipotle glaze, and grits at the bottom.  How can you hate bacon wrapped anything.

Crab Cake - with remoulade, you can taste good quality chunk of meats every bite.

They definitely up-classed their entree's from their prior location for sure.

This is Shanghai Tuna - it's seared tuna, eel sauce, sweet chili and veggie stir fry, miso mustard.  I just smear the dips here and there to politely mix it all up in front of other bosses.  It's quite tasty.

For sides - Parmesan Fries - it felt more like cheddar than parm, but I don't hate it.

Brussel Sprouts

Crab Fried Rice - that was really good too.

There's really no self-park here.  All the spots are blocked for valet.  They totally up marketed alot of their dishes.  But for oyster and drinks, it's still good.

If you were to park, they do charge for parking - price is $7.  They want you to pay with credit card, but if you're inside the restaurant, the connection is not always reliable.  So couldn't hurt to bring some cash plus you should tip the drivers anyhow.
