Love going to Chuy's. That is definitely a place that I over-indulge.
I got the Tex Mex Enchiladas with beef. I just love their sauce. As a matter of fact, I mix my rice with the sauce to give it more oomph. It's definitely a must do. The other thing I do, is to get the creamy jalapeño dip and mix that too besides dipping chips.
I just love this place. Which, by the way, they do to-go, just ask the server.
