Yauatcha

We heard that Yauatcha had rolled out a Power Lunch Menu...
... decided to give that a shot.  It is $20pp and it is a 3-course meal.
Mixed greens with lemongrass and ginger dressing.  My coworkers were really curious about the fried lotus slices.
The main course comes in the cute little baskets that these dumplings and bao were steamed in.  So, in the center is the BBQ Pork bun, the yellow one is Shui May (pork & prawn dumpling), going clockwise, the white one is Har Gow (shrimp dumpling), the green closed one is Edamame dumpling - it has tofu inside too.  The one that looks like a little purse is Wild Mushroom dumpling, and the last one is Shrimp and chive dumpling.
I got my favorite Grape Cha, just because I love the taste, it's not too fruity because it has some tea in there and some fizz.  It's cute and girly.
Last but not least, is the dessert course.  Since we went as a group, they brought out one piece per person.  This is awesome, that way we can all share and try out different things.  We have (clockwise): The green one is Hazelnut & Yuzu tart (my fav), Black Forest cake, the Pink ones are Berry & Peach Malba (it has white peach mousse, strawberry cream covered the shell, and cake at the bottom), lastly is the eclair, which is a super fancy one that I've ever seen.

As usual, coming here is best to make a reservation as you never know when it gets busy or not.  That said, for $20 you get alot of food and it's not a bad value coming from a fancy place like this.  The business lunch at Dels is at least $25 with 2 courses.  So, it is worth the money.  Their service as always is top notch, so no complaint there.
