Was hanging out in Sugarland Town Center, so decided to stop by Agu for some yumminess.
This is the location that makes their own noodles, you can see that thru their kitchen window.
This is their Fried Agu Gyoza. It is pretty meaty, of course, it's fried, it's just delicious.
I got the Garlic Kotteri Tonkotsu, which the broth is darker, has garlic oil, garlic chips, 60 degree egg, melt in your mouth pork, bamboo, scallion and of course the noodles. The noodles has more elasticity than the Sun Noodles that a lot of people uses. I guess not soaking in the broth too long also help with that too.
I always get an enjoyable meal there, even though parking is a challenge it's worth it!
