What is a girls weekend without brunch.
It is a great stop, either for dinner or brunch.
First you go thru the beautifully decorated flower tunnel.
Stop by 2 different very 'grammable' spots.
Once inside it's pretty as well.
We had some truffle fries, it has vegan truffle aioli. Gimme more!
So I got a sashimi salad. At the end of the day, Catch is really a seafood restaurant.
This is a Rainbow Sashimi Salad, it has tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. It has greens, avocado, ginger and sesame vinaigrette. The whole thing comes together, you get your greens, you get your protein, and It's a good palette cleanser after all the fancy and heavy food and alcohol. So to start the morning off, this is a good place to begin.
Just like alot sit-down restaurants in Vegas, reservation is key. Not that you can't walk-up, but you're taking a chance especially during peak meal hours. So either be prepared or bring patience. Go take more pictures at tunnel while you wait.
