For the last meal at Vegas, we got up early to go to Eggslut.
Even we were up in sorta a decent hour, the line was wrapped all the way around the side hallway.
Not to worry, they move the line relatively fast.
You can see the grill back there that they have all the sandwiches lined up and ready to put together.
We got our juice and coffee, and now our egg sandwiches + truffle hash browns.
Had I known the truffle hash browns were so good, we would've ordered another one. It's really good.
You can't see it very well, but it's bacon, egg, and cheese. They have caged free eggs, cheddar cheese, and Harwood smoked bacon with chipotle ketchup and brioche bun. Talk about an egg sandwich. It hit the spot and perfect way to send us to the airport.
This is a walk-up joint, you order, grab a seat, while there's not much at the Eggslut space, there are plenty at the Alice's Bar area, and since it's still early, lots of folks camp out there. It's a pretty good meal.
