Some comfort food here:
Here's Curry Beef with Ramen with bok Choy. I love the sauce and it mixed into the soup is a nice little piece of home. It's all very simple, but somehow it brings home to you. Amazing, isn't it?! Anyway, the beef is cooked in a curry sauce and they add the sauce into the bowl of noodles. So, it might be just some random ramen noodle, but the sauce into the mix, it was delightful.
