So we were at Vietopia for dinner....
Since it was a Friday, it is during Lent, had to do vegetarian.
Flame Wok Tofu Vermicelli bowl. The Tofu is one of the better ones I've had in a long time. They are fried and has a sweet and spicy sauce on top of a bed of veggie and vermicelli. By the time you douse the fish sauce and mix it all up. My 4 year old basically devoured the dish... all I ate was vegetables, guess it's validated by a 4 year old! I had a bit, and it was delicious, so next time even not during Lent, I'll still order this dish.
