I go to both the Katy & Bellaire location.

Love how colorful the wall is.

Puffs!

This is the Creme Brûlée puff, with vanilla filling.  They really do 'cook' the top with sugar to give that color on top.

Of course, my all time favorite: Chocolate with Chocolate filling.  Check the day you are in the store and see what they have.  Certain flavors they have seasonal, some they have daily like Vanilla, Chocolate, and Green Tea.

Check their specials.  Today when we were there, they have a Buy 6 get 1 Free promo.  So, it's worth it checking.
