Tasty Point

Went back to visit Tasty Point while the weather got a little nib.
Decided to give this a try: this is their Freshly Rose Tea with tea mousse.  It's interesting, the tea is better than the foam.
For appetizers, we got the sliced Chinese Bun.  It is really good on its own.  There is sugar on top, while there's no filling on the inside.  So, if you don't want to mix up your taste buds, beware.
Fried Chicken cutlet, also very good, worth getting.
This is the bacon wrapped sausage.  This one, I think they didn't thaw it all the way, we can taste the cold in the middle.  There were only one or two in there, but by then, our hot pot arrived so we dig into that instead.
This is the Japanese Creme Hot Pot.  It has pork, crab meat, veggies, corn, lotus, enoki mushroom, tofu, tofu skin, fish tofu, squid ball, and more mushroom.

What we find, is that you order on hot pot and share, then get little side was the perfect way to go.  I can't finish one whole by myself anyhow.  Though, the hot pot are designed for individuals, just too much food for me.   Food itself was good, though they were busy, the staff were attentive and paid attention to when they got the wrong order for us or we're missing items.  Besides the cold bacon wrapped sausage, the overall experience was good.

They do get busy, so go early or be patience and wait.  If you want hot pot on a cold day, definitely be prepared to wait a bit.  The place is not big.
