It is a small shop, but good enough for a quick meal. Their menu is all pictorial, so there's no mistake as to what you order.
Here we have agadashi tofu. I think they soaked it in the ponzo sauce a little too long.
I had ordered a salmon ramen, which has alot of veggies, kanpyo, half an egg, and of course noodles. I really like their ramen. The texture is nothing like what you get at the supermarket. These noodles are fresh, not dried out, and definitely not come in a package.
I'm not sure if the other Ajisen Ramen works the same, but this one has a silent button that you ring so that the server will come when you're ready. I think because it's so subtle that people don't think their ring were heard. Actually, the server gets a light, and the more they push the button, it is not really doing much, but it's amusing for me to watch other patrons do this. Haha.
