Zumbo Macarons

One of the more known macaron makers in Australia is Adriano Zumbo.  Just look at the bright colors and fun decors.
They've encased all of these macarons with different flavors.  It's like an artwork all to themselves.
Their flavors range from the standard chocolate, vanilla, salted butter caramel, blackened vanilla, watermelon orange, popcorn, pandan and coconut, red wine and raspberry, and a secret flavor.  I know for sure that they have a bubblegum macaron, go to the recipe and try it!
When you get the macarons, they have 2 to a box, which cost $5.  And yes, he called them Zumbarons.  Hmm...
The cookies are pretty tall, to fit into the box.
Sadly, the cookie is too soft, when we tried to get it out of the box, it started squish into itself.  That said to me that they just got them out of the oven and basically under cooked. :(
They do compensate by having tons of filling.  It is like a giant burger.
Took a bite, and since it's soft, it was definitely squishy.  I don't want it to be like the ones in US where they put in the fridge too long and it cracks as you bite into it, but I also can feel that it's under cook.  I do like the filling of red wine and raspberry, you can really taste the red wine and that little bit of red is really raspberry.
