Little Napoli

So my friend V, asked me to go to lunch since we both work in the same building. She also has one of those deals that she needed to use up, so two girls walked a block and went to lunch.

We were seated outside, figured weather is nice, why not. Well, the reason why you wouldn't want to for a work-day lunch would be that the service would be slower than sitting inside. Strange, I know. But it's true. We waited for a good 20 plus mins before our food arrive.
Once it got here, it's fine. Nothing super fancy or nothing super yummy. I got the eggplant parmesan. The eggplant is fine, there's not enough parmesan. The angel hair pasta was a little dry, and it was warm when it arrived.

Like I said, sitting outside is not necessary getting you the better attention. The table next to us sat down after us, got their pizza faster than our 2 pasta dishes. How strange is that? Shouldn't it take longer for pizza to baked than for eggplant to cook?
