Haven't been to Caracol's for brunch for a long long time.
It really has a little bit of everything for everyone.
Of course, you start with chips and guac & salsa.
Appetizer table that has salad of several variations....
ceviche of several kinds... and carving station.
Here's the hot dishes, they have mini toastadas, tamales, and eggs dishes.
I got 3 types of salads, tostadas, empanadas, skewers...
Totally didn't even know that the oysters are on the side. Ceviche on the spoon, oysters...

Of course, the dessert table. There are chocolate cake, hot chocolate, churros, conchas, cheesecake, tres leches cake.
Needless to say, we stuffed our faces like crazy. Luckily we talk while we chat, so we got a chance to eat and digest so we can go back and eat more. There's also live music to accompany your lunch. I got the aqua fresca and I just love them so! Reservation is highly recommended.
