Met with a friend for lunch.
Haven't been back to P.F. for a while.
So I saw that they have Korean BBQ Chicken on the menu. I was just drawn to it. It has red pepper, cucumber, onion, carrot, kimchi sauce, which does live up to the name. The sauce definitely have a kick to it. But the chicken was so dang good, I just can't stop eating it even though it's so spicy.
The key about going to PF Chang's without wait is to go right when they open in the early lunch hour, and you get seated right away and easy parking, and friendly staff. Otherwise, make sure you call ahead for a reservation at least 30 mins before arrival.
